1. Go to 12\Template\Features.
2. Press Ctrl+F and search by “word or phrase in the file”.
3. Put your GUID which is 1511a6c7-4e7f-449a-949d-2e3099560c97 In our case
4. The search will return one or two files, assume that it found the GUID in the following file customlist.xml
5. Use the STSadm.exe command:

stsadm.exe -o installfeature -name customlist -force

6. You are done.
