Export-SPMetadataWebServicePartitionData : The current user has insufficient permissions to perform this operation.
Seems that the user does not have permission on the “Managed Metadata Service” (do it from Permissions NOT Admin.. I waste 2 hours on this 😦 ) Now it is working
